Displaying goods in the online store is not an offer but an invitation to make an offer. A binding agreement has only been entered into when you receive an order confirmation / invoice. It is not possible to view previous orders by logging in to the website. The payment is deducted from your card when the item physically leaves our warehouse. There is no fee for payment at dyrholmaudio.dk When you use your payment card on our webshop, all information is transferred encrypted via an SSL (secure) connection. All information about your payment card can only be seen by the servers of the selected payment provider. Dyrholm Audio has no way of seeing information about your payment card. It is not possible for Dyrholm Audio to withdraw a larger amount from your payment card than what you have approved. If you are under 18 years of age and wish to shop via our online store, you must obtain consent from your parents or guardian.

We always strive to deliver the best possible product. Therefore, we make regular updates to our products and reserve the right to make changes without notice.

All items are delivered free of charge to all countries we can ship to.

Stock items will be shipped 3 to 4 business days after ordering, as we strive to burn in the cables immediately before delivery because this gives the greatest effect. Items that are not in stock when ordered must be produced and up to 3 weeks of delivery can be expected. The website shows which items are normally in stock. You will always be notified of the expected delivery time if this exceeds 5 business days. All items to addresses in Denmark are generally delivered with GLS or Postnord. When shipped, you will receive a ‘track & trace’ (package number) by e-mail or SMS, so you can follow the package on its way to you. Packages to abroad will most often be delivered with GLS or UPS. If the packaging of your item is clearly damaged upon receipt, you must either accept it with reservations (have the post office or the carrier sign for this) or alternatively refuse receipt and contact us by e-mail.

Right of withdrawal

You have a 28-day right of withdrawal when you shop at dyrholmaudio.dk

The withdrawal period expires 28 days after the day you received your item.

If you have regretted your purchase, please contact us within 28 days of receipt at mail@dyrholmaudio.com. You must make us clearly aware that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to receive the item without giving us clear notice of this.

You must return your order to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with returning the item. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is packaged properly. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery.

Goods exempt from the right of withdrawal

Cables that are specially manufactured according to the customer’s wishes. Special connectors mounted according to the customer’s wishes, possibly specially brought here for this and the like. It will always be stated in the order confirmation or invoice if there is no right of return on the product.

Condition of the goods when you return it

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling other than what is necessary to test the cables on your own system.

If the goods are damaged or show signs of inappropriate use, this will mean that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the condition of the goods.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you cancel your purchase, you will of course get the amount you have paid to us back. In the event of a deterioration in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which we receive the returned goods. We will make such refund by transfer to your bank account, which must be provided when returning the goods.

Returned items sent without delivery will not be collected but will be returned to the sender. Packages sent by COD will be rejected. The sender is responsible for the item until it is delivered to us. The item must be sent as a package, as it can be tracked and is entitled to compensation in the event of loss. For more expensive items, it is recommended to use additional purchase insurance with GLS or Postnord. The sender must bear all costs in connection with return shipping. When the item is received by us, it will be examined for errors, defects, etc. If you have paid shipping for your order, this will also be credited to you. We strive to have the item credited within 5 working days of the date of receipt of the item. It will never take more than 14 days.

What should I send back?

A copy of the invoice (or at least name, address and telephone number) and preferably a description of the reason for the return must be enclosed. Goods sent back to us must be sent as a package with delivery.

Right of complaint

The rules of the Danish Sales Act apply to purchases made on dyrholmaudio.dk When you shop on dyrholmaudio.dk you have an extended 5-year right of complaint. This means that you can either have the goods repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior.

How soon should I complain?

You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect in the goods. If you complain within two months of the defect being discovered, the complaint will always be timely. The right of complaint is divided into two intervals. A special presumption rule applies for the first six months. Here, it is Dyrholm Audio who must prove that the defect was not present when the product was delivered. In the remaining months, the burden of proof lies with the buyer. If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your shipping costs.

It is very important that you include a copy of your purchase invoice and a description of why the item is being returned. We strive to have the defect on your item rectified within 2 weeks. If this cannot be met, you will be notified immediately of the reason.

You are also welcome to contact us if your product is outside the complaint period, or if there is any other doubt, contact us – and we will do what we can to help you.

When you return the item, please state what the problem is, in as much detail as possible. A copy of the invoice must be enclosed (or at least name, address and telephone number). If you have misplaced your invoice, you are welcome to request a copy by contacting us.

Note! We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.

Remember that the item must always be returned in proper packaging.
